Experiments in Motherhood is an ongoing project of my daily explorations with my daughter, Emelyn. I started shooting multiple exposures of our routines when she was around nine months old. Emmie was born about three weeks after Covid-19 was declared a global pandemic, and we spent every day of it together. Time moves both fast and slow. These images are all medium and large format in-camera multiple exposures shot on a plastic Holga, Mamiya 645, Kodak Brownie, or Speed Graphic camera.
